Changing font color in stylesheet

Hi, my blog has a very light font. It is very hard to read. i want it to be black. I thought there was a way for it be changed by going into to style sheet and configuring that. It is very confusing. If you can give me step by step on how to do this, it would be greatly appreciated. My blog is Beautyparadox.com
