Changing Fields names in Inbound Message

Hi,
I want to rename the name of the fields shown in the Inbound Message page in the Input section.
This are the one I need changed: https://prnt.sc/18abab4I managed to add the subject using this page https://contactform7.com/save-submitted-messages-with-flamingo/ but no example on how to rename the “your-name” in “Name and surname”
