Changing Feed & redirecting blog from wordpress.com

Hey guys,

I recently downloaded my site to our server…my wordpress.com was: https://www.whatisreallyhealthy.wordpress.com
and now its https://www.healthfoodlover.com/hfl/ How can I make the first link redirect to my new link?

Also is there a way to keep the feed I used on the first site and add it to the new one?

I’m still learning- is there any kind of ‘beginners guide’ on this site?
