Changing FAQs order won’t work

    Hello,

    I’ve been using Helpie FAQ free version for quite a while and managed to change the FAQs order before using the Intuitive Custom Post Order plugin but now it won’t work.

    My Sort By option in Helpie is set to Menu Order but it won’t change no matter what I do. I even tried setting it to Alphabetical or Update date and the order of the FAQs will stay the same.

    I’m using TwentyTwenty with Elementor and was working fine before.

    Could you please help?

    Edit: I edited the FAQ page with elementor and there was an option to change the order there that worked. Sorry.
