changing email for comment notification

  • I now have a different email address than what I originally had when I set up word press. I went in (options|general) and updated to my new email address. I also updated the email address in C Panel for my domain. I’m still not getting any comment notifications emailed to me. I read through the archives and I don’t think the problem is it being filtered out as spam. I even tried using my hotmail account in case that might help something. Any ideas of what I can try? Thank you.

    Should probably mention I am using wordpress 1.2

    Maybe try updating the email address in the profile of whomever is the Admin – don’t know, but it’s worth a shot

    Thanks Chaplin. That was the problem. I had changed the email under Options but not in the Profile. Thanks again.

    I had the same problem – fixed now.
    I must say this is probably the best user support forums that I have come across.
