Changing Email Address Is Not Working

Hello, I’ve been trying to change my WP support forum email address for a week and it won’t change. I keep trying and I keep getting email confirmation with a link to click. I click the link and it takes me to my profile page; says nothing about email change.

The email address still is not changed despite numerous changes and confirmations yet the old address remains. I no longer have access to the former email. Could someone on WP please help with this? Thank you very much.
