Changing Domain

  • I have an expired domain (obboleettii.org). The person who set up the domain for me will not help me and they live outside the country ( I mistakenly used Fiverr). Now my domain is expired and I cannot access any of the data on my website. I would like to buy another domain and move my website to that domain. Is that possible? If so, how do I do that?

  • Hi, You can download your website files in cPanel FileManager or with FTP Client, and you need download your database, you can export your database in phpmyadmin. And you need replace sql file old domain to new domain.

    If you call GoDaddy and explain they may grant you access to the account to renew the domain
