Is it possible to change the defaults for the table of contents block? Being able to change them would be very useful, since all blocks of this type on our website should look the same. It’s a bit tedious that I have to change the design every time I create a new article to make it fit our page.

    Hey @lehmax ,

Thank you for reaching us out.

You can design a block as per your requirements and save the block as a reusable block. This will retain the design defaults. And use the same block where ever needed. The contents will change as per the page and the design will remain as it is.

    I hope this helps you.

This is not the case. The reusable block doesn’t adapt to the headings of the page it’s on. I have tested it multiple times with WordPress 5.3.2, Gutenberg 7.4 and UAG 1.14.6.
