Changing default shipping method

    Hello,

    When clients are visiting my shop and they open their shopping cart, the default shipping method is the cheapest one. Also the radio buttons are only shown when clients are logged in.

    Questions:

    1. How can I change the default choice of the shipping method?

    2. How can I make the radiobuttons show to my clients without them logging in?
