Changing default language Yoast SEO Meta Description

    Hi Support,

    I have a question about the meta description of my website. As I saw in the documentations you can change the default language on a website by dragging a language to the top in the Multipress General Settings. I did so and put German on top of the Default English language. The website is newly built.

    My Question is how does this affect the Yoast SEO meta description? Can I change it to German or is the meta description connected to the English language?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

    Unfortunately, the meta description will be connected to the default language but if you are in the German version of your website you will be able to see the meta description translated if you manage to translate it.
