Changing dates but Kadence row is still hidden

  • I’m testing the plugin on a temp site to see if it can do what I need. I set the start visibility date to a future date and the row was hidden, but when I changed the start date to a date in the past and saved, the row is still hidden. I have cleared the cache, viewed in incognito, viewed in another browser, checked my timezone, clicked “reset” in the date visibility settings and saved again. I even changed it to Now and Forever, it still doesn’t show up again. I have the Day of the week options turned off.

    I tried the same thing on a section block and it works perfectly. So I guess it’s something to do with the Kadence Row block. Is this something you can fix, or do I need to address with Kadence support?

    Hi @socialsparkmedia,

    I apologize for the delayed reply, I have been away due to the holidays. That said, I just ran a test with the Kadence Row block following your steps above, and everything did seem to work for me.

    Would you be able to re-test on your end and let me know if you are still experiencing this issue. There might be some conflict with Kadence and I would love to work with them to get it patched if that is the case.
