With the latest version, when I change the data range (for example to “today” or “yesterday”) the url in the status bar changes but the page itself stays the same. I have to hit the Refresh button on my browser in order the statistics page to refresh… here is a link with a video of the problem

    Hi @kopchev,

Thank you for the bug report – that doesn’t look good indeed!

Can you please let me know what browser you are using and whether there are any error messaged listed in your browser console?

    Thank you!

Hello it happens both with Chrome and Edge. In the console it says:

Koko Analytics encountered an error trying to request data from the REST endpoints. Please check your PHP error logs for the error that occurred

    dashboard.js?v=1.3.3:1

Uncaught (in promise) Error: Not Found

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Perfect, thank you @kopchev! With that information we can easily fix it. It’ll be addressed in the next plugin update, hopefully later this week.

    Hello @kopchev,

This issue should be fixed in version 1.3.4 of Koko Analytics, which we just released.
