Changing CSS styles for autogenerated PMPro membership pages

    I wonder if you can offer some input about how to change the CSS styling for the tables (specifically the table headers) on the various membership pages automatically created by PMPro.

    I have read the information on your helpful page:

    However, I have a few questions. The default styling for the theme I am using has resulted in the table headers on the PMPro membership pages having very dark text on very dark backgrounds so they are not very readable.

    The theme I am using allows Custom CSS – can you please tell me what the tags/elements (not sure of the correct terminology) are for these tables so that I can try changing the colours of text and/or background (some example CSS would also be much appreciated as I have quite limited CSS skills/experience!).
