Changing country does not update shipping options

Dear Sir

(We just acquired the premium plugin – we are writing here because we could not find support ticketing on your website and because the issue affects the free plugin as well).

We verified the issue by deactivating all plugins but for Woocommerce and this, as well as by enabling Storefront as a theme.

Problem:

Setting Shipping to be the main form instead of Billing and changing the country triggers ajax, but the Ajax does not change the shipping accordingly.
