Changing " Continue reading" text in Weaver 2.2.8?

    I wish to change the text “continue Reading” to Spanish: “Continua leyendo”
    I searched aound the forum and read a few threads that mentioned to search in the “loop.php” or function.php“
    But in Weaver 2.2.8 I cannot find such coding?
    Would someone please tell me where or what .php file it is found in so I could edit and change the text please?
