    Hi,

    Some of my customers didn’t check the consent box (as I had the option enabled), so no review email was sent to them.

    However some of them would like to give a review now, but I cannot send them a reminder (I tried changing the plugin settings but that doesn’t change the ability to send reminders).

    What can I do to send them a reminder thus allowing them to post their review ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    It isn’t possible to send a review reminder to a customer who didn’t give consent on the checkout page. They need to make a new order, tick the consent box on the checkout page in order to receive the review reminder email.
