Changing Comment Settings – format lost – admin functions lost

Funny but here is what has happened. I went into admin to change the comment settings

Checked anyone can comment.

When displaying site – format was lost.

Any links were redirected to example https://www.class5n.com/5120 Geneva Place

5120 is my addresses. I just set the auto fillin form with IE I think that the auto fillin changed my admin settings to https://www.class5n.com/5120 geneva place

I cant get into admin anymore cause of 404error page not found cause it is looking for https://www.class5n.com/wp-admin/5120 geneva place

How do I get this bogus setting placed in my admin files with the %%%% IE AUTO Fillin..

I am turning autofillin off.
