Changing colours

I’m a little confused. I have chosen my theme. I didn’t choose a job-specific theme but a good block one. How do i change the job search section to another colour other than grey? Am I missing something? Thanks

WP Job Manager doesn’t yet support configuration via block themes. Instead, you will need to write Custom CSS to configure the appearance:
