Changing color of navigation link

  • My site is (www.edsstudios.com) There are four navigation links in the menu (About Services Portfolio Contact). When you click on any of the links the text color briefly changes to blue. I want to change this to a different color. Where is the style.css do I change this? Also in the editor of my admin panel it shows a style.css and a style1.css. How do I know which file to use for making the changes?
