Changing Color of Footer?

This is the site I’m working on and like to change the color of the footer background, but the dark background doesn’t fit to Reiki:

At another site with the same theme it seems to be working (green Footer background):
https://www.reikiwege-volkach.de/

The plan is to have the footer also in some kind of green or some kind of yellow / orange.

If you have use custom CSS in your site https://www.reikiwege-volkach.de/. Then You can implement this in https://reiki-starnberg.com/.
Please add this additional custom CSS :

#colophon {
    background-color: #f00;
}

you can use any custom color according to your choice. Thanks.
