changing cache directory

I researched both in the forums and Google, but haven’t found a solution yet.

Is there a way to change the cache path? I’d like to move it into wp-content/uploads/cache/*

that way I can convert 2 rules in cloudflare into one, to cache wp-content/uploads/* and cache the minified files too
