Changing button to custom theme button

    Quick workaround I customised line 55 in the paypal-button.php to:

    ` $paypal_btn .= $indent.'<input type=”submit” name=”submit” value=”Donate” alt=”PayPal – The safer, easier way to pay online.” />’.PHP_EOL;

    It would be nice to have a 4th default option, make use of the standard theme submit button.
