Changing Brand Name

I have realized that the details of the products should load in the profile section when a profile name is clicked on but nothing now loads

The feed template is there for instance
Unisex/Mens T-Shirts

But there is no feed attributes. The feed template seems to be displaying Clothing (UK), version 2017.0127??

I have updated these but with the following errors:

Do i need to remove the used installed feed templates first? I thought that updating them would work as I do not want to build all these again!

You can change the “Brand” value in your listing profiles of WP-Lister. Of course you can only supply the brand for listings that utilize a category specific feed template, you cannot supply the brand for matched listings or through use of a listingloader feed template.

Please make sure you are on version 0.9.16 of WP-Lister for Amazon. Then yes, you need to refresh your feed templates on the “Categories” page of WP-Lister so WP-Lister can download the new “custom” feed templates Amazon is requiring sellers to use from January 31st 2019 and on.

Once you download them, all you need to do is select the latest version of the feed template in the listing profile and you will see that the existing data previously entered will not be removed. But note, some feed templates appear to require some new fields that were never required before. For example the “Home” US feed template now requires you to provide a value for the “feed product type” which was never required before.

Lastly, in regards to that 404 error, seems like your server is unable to refresh all of the feed templates at once. I would recommend you click the button to un-check all categories on the “Categories” page of WP-Lister. Then select maybe 1-2 categories and update, then do the same again, until you have updated all categories to the new feed templates you can use in your listing profiles.

In regards to your last message, I am not sure what you mean. Are you saying when you view a listing profile and select one of the new feed templates you updated to, there are no fields or anything? If that is the case, you should send us a ticket about this, provide us with a sample listing profile to examine/feed template to use, along with your dashboard URL and admin login credentials.

These are 404 errors from your server

I have a supercharged dedicated server with 32GB Ram 4 x CPU etc

As for the last issue. Yes none of the feed attributes load, there is nothing there but further down the page there is pure code. It seems that this code is what should be rendered in the feed attributes section

Thanks for letting us know about that, we fixed the 404 errors. But those 404 errors are not related to the issue you describe… well, not if you are talking about a profile that is using the Clothing UK feed template, which didn’t give you the 404 error but according to what you pasted “Feed data for Clothing (UK) was refreshed.” successfully.

We can’t find anything wrong with that template on our end, but if your edit profile page looks somehow broken or is missing fields, then we need to get an actual look on your site which would require you to submit a ticket to support with a sample listing profile, dashboard URL, and admin login credentials.
