• When I installed wordpress with fantastico in the site name and description box I put my domain name in site and my main keyword in description.Once I installed, in general settings I tried to change title and description but it will not change. How can I change that to reflect my blog title instead of my domain name and I want more of a description for my site than just the keywords.Apparently I should not have added domain name and keyword in the site and description box when installing.

You mean you can’t change the Site Title and Tagline values in General Settings? You’re supposed to be able to change that.

yes that is correct when I change the title and tagline and save it,I check the site and nothing has changed. The same info I entered when I installed with fantastico. You are right I should be able to edit that something in my settings maybe don’t know what though.

Is it changed on the BACK end, though? I mean, is it what you want in General Settings?
