Changing Blog Directory?

I installed my blog into a subdirectory (https://www.driftingfocus.com/blogs/ rather than just https://www.driftingfocus.com), and I have realized that I want it to be as the root directory rather than a sub (so that it shows up as the main page). What is the easiest way to do this, with minimal hassle?
