Changing Blockquote Colour

Is there a way to keep the blockquote background colour out of the main theme colour, so I can adjust it accordingly to make my text on it visible.

I don’t want to change the whole theme color just to change blockquote’s color.

I tried in css files but it’s linked to somewhere else I guess. Couldn’t find it.
