Changing “Billing Address: Street Address” Causes Errors

Bug identified since last update. Didn’t catch it in development so its on the live site. Ticket has been opened but thought I would post here as well see if the community is having the same issue or has incite on what to do.
If one has an item in the basket and goes to checkout. CC entry is fine and working until one enters or changes Billing Street address – causes the CC entry to display – Currently unavailable. Please try a different payment method.
Module and entry field load and work fine if the street address is not touched upon checkout, changing/updating the street address, causes the error. So a previous customer with an account who doesnt change billing address can get an order in just fine. But new customers, those who don’t have accounts are for sure running into the issue.
Refreshing the page, or even choosing a different shipping option refreshes the CC fields and they will work again but am sure this is losing me new customers.
Anyone else have this issue? Solutions? About to switch braintree modules but our backup Braintree module does not work with Auth/Cap which we use.
