    I saw in another help thread that we must use this code to change the banner on the other pages…

    .slidesDescription p {
    border-left: 1px solid #code;
    color: #code;}

    but for some reason it doesn’t change the color of the banner,
    it keeps the original color even after trying different codes.
    Although I might add the bottom where it says “color: #code” does allow me to change the color of the words.

    Have you tried using your browser’s developer tools to change the color and identify the exact CSS selector?

    Also, you did change #code to an acutal hex code like #b0b0b0, didn’t you? ??

    yes I did, I figured it out though I found a help thread close to the last page that said to use the following code

    “.pink-container { background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #code; }

    and it worked perfectly.

    you guys may close this now thanks.
