Changing background of Top Menu Bar

    I am seeking help in changing the background colour of the top menu bar to match the footer of the website. It is currently a black background. I managed to insert the site’s logo (vertical MLCCC) on the left-hand side. I have used the forums and tried the various css scripts, but no luck.

    The site uses a customised version of the7 theme
