Changing Backgroud Colour from white to…

  • Hello
    i am using appointment pro
    in combination with Contact Form 7.
    after 2 hours and many tryings i have no idea whats to do.

    Colour Theme: Orange (default)
    Colour font: grey (default)
    Contact Form fields: white.
    Background colour Appoint pro: White

    I would like to have more contrast.
    White on white? White on grey or grey on white.
    Maybe changing the border around the white fields would also help…

    How can i change the Background colour of the theme from white to grey?

    How can i change the colour of the fields from whit to grey?
