Changing author page remove sidebars

  • Hi there,

    I don’t know really if this is a bug or a featured but if you change the author of a content, the sidebars are gone.

    Hope you’re doing well ??

    I did a test on my installation by creating new post and assigning custom sidebar to it, after that I changed the author and saved changes, the custom sidebar that I had selected was still active for that post.

    Can you tell me if I’m missing something here and if you perhaps did some steps differently?

    Also, can you tell me which theme you are using so I can test if it’s related to that?

    We did this using bulk edit actions not directly in the content.

    Yes, when I try with bulk actions like you say, sidebar returns the default one. I reported that to developers, at one of the next releases it will be fixed. Thanks again for that!
