Changing and – icons in menu

  • Hi there,

    Been trying to find an easy way to change the + and – icons for sub menus in the menubar.
    I want to use arrows instead like ▼ and ▲ in Unicode

    Found some code in jquery.slicknav.js and change it there but nothing changed in the menu.
    Been pulling my hair for two hours now and can’t find a solution so I’m grateful for any help in how to fix this.
