Changing after submission URL

Hi! At the moment after a user sends his question and clicks the send button he’s being redirected to a random URL
https://nameofwebsite.com/contact-us#wpcf7-f261-p544-o1How can I change to URL so it would look more like –
https://nameofwebsite.com/contact-us/thank-you
or something similar?Thank you for you help!
