  • Hi there,

Better Search Replace Support Team here, Thanks for reaching out with your query we would be happy to assist!

Just to confirm, have you already tried running a search and replace using those URLs? Would you mind letting us know what happened?

If the plugin is not able to find anything, could you please confirm if you’ve selected all database tables? It’s possible Elementor is storing the URL in a custom database table.

I also looked at the page you’ve linked and found the button, “BOOK AN ASSESSMENT”.
If you were trying to replace that button’s URL, it looks like the URL should be –
    https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=17970073
    Please see screenshot – https://share.zight.com/d5uj81y9

I suggest trying to run a search and replace and use that URL as the search term instead.

As always, we recommend creating a database backup before making any changes to your database.

If you’re still unable to find anything, it may be due to how Elementor stores its data on the database. Please try running a search where the slashes are escaped with backslashes, like so:
    https:\/\/www.example.com\/subdirectory\/

Please let us know how that goes.
