Changing a post title

I upgraded to WP5.9 today and have two questions to which I can’t seem to find an answer for online:
1. I normally type up my posts in MS Word first and then copy and paste them into WP. With the upgrade, the paragraphs don’t copy correctly. So if I have a paragraph in MS Word it removes the lines between the paragraphs and clumps everything together in one big paragraph in WP. The only stuff that doesn’t get clumped together is bullet points.
2. I’m unable to add a post title, after writing a post in WP.
