I have a Page and a Post that I want to make changes to. When I click the Save button, the page refreshes and gives the message “Page draft updated.” But the changes are not reflected in the edit window and, of course, not in the Preview page.
I can create new posts – they save just fine.
But changes made to existing posts don’t stick, even though it tells me the changes have been saved.
This started happening last night, though I’ve been using WordPress for about a year now, and upgraded to 3.0.1 as soon as it came out.
    Any help?
    Thanks!

  • Possibility 1:
Do you have an administrator account? maybe some permissions are not set correctly?

    Possibility 2:
Check server permission settings to write in to the necessary php -> mysql data file

    Possibility 3:
    Plug-in interference?

    Hope this helps.

I don’t have a clue how to check that.
But I logged in and looked for something … found a button that said “Repair database”. Crossed my fingers and clicked it. I can update my posts now! Yay.

    Thank you very much!
