Changes using WPBakery is Not Showing in Real Time

  • I used WPBakery as my front-end editor (free version) but the edits/changes I’ve made doesn’t show it real-time. I do click the “Update” button but I have to refresh the whole page just to see the changes/edits I’ve made which is inconvenient as I don’t want to save any temporary changes just for me to see the overall look and not be able to get my last edits anymore.

    Is it supposed to work like that? Some content too (on editor mode) also looks broken. For example the image is cut into half so i can’t see the whole image properly but if I exit the editor mode, it looks fine. I don’t really mind that but working on it isn’t really ideal. I know it might be about the page builder’s issues but maybe you have some suggestions. Thank you so much for the help!

    Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations: https://wpbakery.com/

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
