Changes to the site are not showing when logged out

  • I am experiencing exactly the same problem described in this thread .

    I purged all cache in the W3 Total Cache plugin and then deactivated and DELETED it yet the problem persists.

    I suspect the issue is due to some code the plugin left in the wp-config.php
    file.

    Is that possible and if so what text should I be looking for in the wp-config.php file to make sure all caching functionality is removed?

  • Have you found an answer to this issue? I’m experiencing the same problem.
    Edit- I fixed the issue just by unchecking the “Enable” button on the Page Cache section.
