Changes to Settings Not Saving

    Hi all,
    I’m trying to add new fields to the Default Feature List in settings. But after I add fields and click Save Changes, new fields disappear and Default Feature List remains blank.
    Have also tried changing settings in the Appearance tab, and the same thing happens – after I click save settings revert to original.
    Have tried with Chrome and Safari. Have cleared cache etc.
    All and any help much appreciated.

    Hi @jakelynch,

    It seems like your SJB is conflicting with some other plugin on your website, kindly disable other plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting with SJB.

    Okay, thanks @presstigers.
    While I’ve got you, can you tell me whether I’ll be able to remove the Apply Online + Attach Resume field from each posted job?
    I’d like to send people to the URL of the original job posting, not have them upload resumes to this site.

    Hi @jakelynch,

    You can use our plugin ‘How to Apply‘ Add-on for that purpose, it will remove or make optional resume attachment field.

    Kindly check the ‘Documentation’ tab if it fulfills your requirement.
