Changes to plugin aren’t having any effect

I’m experiencing a weird bug, I’ve changed some html in a shortcode in a plugin, but it’s not having any effect on the view. I’ve tried clearing the cache and am stumped to what could be causing the issue.

It is working on my dev environment, but not in production. It’s a vps, and I’ve double checked that NGINX isn’t caching.

Does anybody have any other ideas, or a thought what might be causing the bug?
