Changes the login logo but nothing else…

I must be missing something but nothing else is changing. The registration form is not changing with the fields that I have added. Is there some sort of shortcode to getting the changes set?
The txt file says alot when using Multisite. Seeing WP is all one thing now this part makes no sense to me.
