    Hello.

I tried this plugin – and shortly after it, de-installed/deleted it. Now, when updating any other plugins, when try to upload pictures it says: Couldn’t create folder, couldn’t upload it, no rights to upload.

Have you any idea where it comes from and how do I get it right again? Cannot install plugins, so no help there. The health check of wordpress says: Everything’s fine. It all happened after installing AFI/APT.

  • Hello.

If you have disabled or removed the plugin, then it cannot be the cause of the problems. Most likely you have a problem with the rights to folders on the hosting. Contact the hosting technical support.

Our plugin does not change any rights to folders

@webtemyk Oh dear, of course the problems were there during the time, when the plugin was enabled. And, yes, it was probably your plugin. After we disabled and removed the plugin, cleaned database etc. it was fine.

In any case, the plugin cannot block the download in any way. Need to investigate the problem

@webtemyk OK. Maybe not directly, but it works since we have cleaned Database from your data and deleted all files from the plugin. It was gone after everything was deleted. And it started with the installation of the plugin.

Turn on wordpress debugging mode and look at the error logs.

@webtemyk What do I look for?

And why? I don’t have your plugin installed anymore. I won’t find anything.
