Changes "post" label to "Notícia"

    Works just fine. Changes post label to “Notícia” so you get “Notícias”, “Nova Notícia”, “Notícia Tags” etc in the admin panel menu. Uninstalling because my admin panel is in english, but otherwise I don’t have any problem with it.
