Changes only appear when logged in?

    Hi,

    I changed the phone number and the shape of my whatsapp button, and the changes came through instantly…..but only when logged in either as admin backend or a demo subscription account? When I opened an incognito tab the old icon still remains on some or all of my pages.

    What’s the solution please?

    It sounds like this issue might be related to caching. After making changes, it’s always a good idea to clear or purge the cache of your site as well as your browser. This should help ensure that the most recent updates are displayed.

    Hiya…..sorry for my ignorance. I searched high and low for a cache option and found the WP-Optimize area. When I turn on “Enable page caching” then a “Purge the cache” option appears underneath but it’s greyed out and it says:

    Current cache size: 0 bytes
    Number of files: 0

    Does that mean the cache is purged? I also cleared cached data on Chrome. But there is still one page of my website that stubbornly still shows the old whatsapp icon and number. It’s this page https://vietproductsource.com/account/

    All the other pages are fine. Any further thoughts? Thanks!

    Update: Don’t worry mate…..I happened over a thing called Nitropack in my backend which had purge options and now everything is displaying correct. Thanks for your help before.
