Changes on products in iZettle won’t update on website

  • When I change a product in izettle (text or prices or images), these changes are not shown on the website.
    not even if i delete the widget and create a new one.
    new products that i have created in izettle will not be displayed on the website and i cannot add them to the store.

    I have got this report from several customers and did some test over the weekend. The problem is caused by iZettle not sending out changes in their pusher-api as they should.

    I did report by mail this weekend and are talking to iZettle support now this morning.

    I can now see that my own accounts are starting to update again. Could you please check and see if that is the case in your end as well?

    mine works now. I only checked one product. I will check others and in case it won’t work for all, I will get back to u.
