Changes on Cookie Banner Doesn’t apply

    Hi,

    I’m trying to make some changes on the banner, but despite wherever change I make, I don’t see it on the backend neither the front end. Have tried to add some custom colors, change text, add the deny button (yes, I have done the configuration for EU).

    What could it be?

    Hi @melodiusmonk,

    Strange, I do see a ‘customized’ banner on your website, whereas I would have expected the ‘default’ Complianz banner if you’ve been unable to edit any settings from the beginning.

    The first things I would recommend ruling out as being related would be other plugins, or browser extensions. Check if it still happens with Complianz as the only activated plugin, and when visiting the back-end of your site in an Incognito window (so that any extensions are disabled), and then making the changes.
