Changes not updating

I added a new page, published it live, added a link to our menu using the label “News” an nestled it under “About” and it shows up when I look at [Moderated: Redundant site link removed] but when anyone else does from a different computer or I look at it using an incognito browser, the menu does not include the “News” button. I tried installing a cache plugin and clearing cache but it did not fix the problem.
