Hi. As start I have to tell that I checked few older posts with same issue. I installed WP Rollback and tried couple of old versions of the Redux. Didn’t helped. My issue is that I’ve bought Meks theme named Sidewalk and they told me to install Redux and once I installed it I have in cockipt “Sidewalk Options” – anything I change there is not saved. However it were working in the past when I bough the theme. Unfortunately I don’t remember on what version it were working. Before it stopped working I changed domain – when I did that the values stored in “Sidewalk Options” were reset to default and since then I cannot change them. I were contacting with owner of theme but they “blown” me. I don’t have issue with spinning icon when I’m trying to save settings – in my case that options page just refresh and settings are just default values. I’ve suspicion that somehow something broke when I changed domain. I tried reinstall redux couple of times and overall whole theme but that didn’t helped. Where are stored redux settings? Maybe I’ve mess in database because of change domain. Maybe redux still somehow remembers old domain? For now I’m using the newest version of redux so it will be 4.3.4. I’m not English’s native speaker so forgive me my syntax. If needed I think I can send the files but I wonder if this won’t broke the license.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I am sorry, but we are unable to support theme users. It is the responsibility of theme author to debug their work and ensure the error is not in their code or their implementation of Redux. We have no possibly way of knowing either and generally do not debug themes other people have written. If they discover the issue is with Redux, then *they* file a report with us and we work with them to figure it out.

I can tell you that Redux stores the options array in the wp_options table. The site URL should make no difference.

    Good luck.
