For some reason, the only changes I can make in the WordPress admin are under the ‘General’ and ‘Header Image’ tabs. If I make any changes under any of the other tabs (Email title’, ‘Content’, ‘Footer’, ‘Fonts’, ‘Social media’ the changes aren’t saved.

I have tried on a mac in chrome and safari and on a PC in firefox, chrome and IE.

Basically as soon as I click ‘save changes’, the page refreshes but my changes are gone and it has reverted back to the default settings.

I tried deactivating all other plugins so only this one is active but same issue.

    Can anyone advise?

All I actually want to do is change the font size of the content to 16px and centre this text too. I tried changing font size in css file directly /emails/header.html but that doesn’t have any effect.

    It’s a shame as it’s a really great plugin.

    Hi John

I see what you mean, what you can’t save that they are features from Pro version https://a3rev.com/shop/wp-email-template/

You can use the default template from version on WordPress, i think it’s enough good for template, also we support many Deliver Provider for version on WordPress like on Pro version, just have different that on Pro version you can settings the template for emails

Seriously, you built a plugin that’s supposed to change styles of an email, and such features aren’t available unless you buy it? Then why do you waste time with a free plugin that cannot do what’s supposed to do. Just say that it’s a premium plugin and surely people we will accomodate accordingly.
