    I make changes to the slider that I create but they are not saved. I see no save button. Instead, I click update.

    I tried to make changes to autoplay slider speed, random, autoplay slideshow, slider with, slaughter height, slight scale mode, etc. – and every time I hit update all those changes are lost

    Solutions?

    It is been over three weeks since you promised your help and I have not heard from you even once besides your promise to help…

    I have upgraded to your latest version and STILL have exactly the same problem where there is NO SAVE BUTTON – so I am not able to save my changes. As a result, I have been stuck in neutral waiting for your help. I’m interested in buying the Pro version if it really works.

    What has to happen to get real-time support and get this problem solved?

    OK, but that is what I did WEEKS ago and you never got the email sent to the same email address….also, if your web form for contact doesn’t work, then why have it and imply to web site visitors that it is actually useful?

    Also, and more importantly, why not just answer the question HERE so anyone else having the same problem with your plugin can easily find the answer HERE with a Google search – and WITHOUT a four week, and counting, delay in actually getting help…assuming that this new email sent directly to you 10 minutes ago actually gets the promised support.

    All of the above issues has me – and probably a lot of others – very concerned about even considering buying your pro version.
